About me
David A. Poulsen’s writing career began in earnest when The Welcomin’ won the 1984 Alberta Culture Short Story Competition. His inaugural foray into the world of adult crime fiction was Serpents Rising, the first of the Cullen and Cobb mysteries, a four-book series including Dead Air, Last Song Sung and None So Deadly. The UBC Creative Writing grad’s teen mystery, The Dark Won’t Wait, was a finalist for the 2025 OLA Red Maple award.
