About me
Charles Shipps is a mystery writer and a retired bus driver for the Detroit Department of Transportation. His short story, "God of the Pond," appears in the Penguin Berkley Prime Crime anthology Shades of Black, edited by Eleanor Taylor Bland. After decades of navigating Detroit’s streets, he now chronicles them in a series featuring a bus driver turned investigator in Death Has No Friends and Puppets and Plastic People.
