About me
Patricia Smith has authored 12 books, including The Intentions of Thunder, winner of a 2025 National Book Award and finalist for the 2026 Pulitzer Prize, and Incendiary ArI, finalist for the 2018 Pulitzer Prize. Her story "When They Are Done With Us" won the Robert L. Fish Award from the Mystery Writers of America and was published in Best American Mystery Stories. She is a professor in the Lewis Center for the Arts at Princeton University.
