About me
Randy Nikkel Schroeder's most recent crime novel is Sinner's Banquet, a "Menno-Noir" described as "The Coen Brothers meet Miriam Toews." His previous, Arctic Smoke, is a surrealist crimepunk set in the Canadian Arctic. In his spare time, Schroeder is a professor of English, Languages and Cultures at Mount Royal University. He lives in an abandoned hotel in Alberta's Porcupine Hills, with a magpie who talks and a cat who thinks she can.
